We bid a sad but hopefully temporary farewell to Ben for a while, while he goes and does his thang. Good luck to him. In an eventful day on the last Saturday of the month we saw lots of people try out the sports taster and the mobile climbing wall and many induction slips were handed out. Hopefully we increase our numbers with more budding enthusiastic wall crawlers.

Charity Everest Climb
Reposting in case people miss this. So last year we climbed the height of everest in aid of Langdale mountain rescue and to improve our stamina and endurance. We aim to repeat last year by climbing the height of Everest and get fitter at the same time. How about this year we repeat that again but for a different charity. Someone mentioned Nepal. Usual witty comments appreciated.

Club night.

The Peaks April 2015
Camped just one mile from Stanage edge we took advantage of this by hiking up to the edge after setting up camp for the night on our arrival. Although there was a drizzle on and off there was still an excitement about us to be there even though conditions were not good at that moment. The same could not be said for the next day as the weather was dry…
The search for a Logo.
I’ve been putting some logos together in addition to Tans’ efforts. Take a look and see if we can’t find one we like.
